Does this cover W-2 vs. 1099 and legal details?
We’ll review key legal and regulatory considerations and common issues to be aware of. For state-specific guidance, you’ll still want to consult with your attorney and accountant, but this training will give you a solid foundation so you know what to ask.

Sara Schreiber, LCSW, CGP and Melissa Divaris Thompson, LMFT, are OON group practice owners in NY and NJ who were feeling overwhelmed by all of the advice tailored towards in-network practices, so decided to create their own OON Group Practice Owners consultation group. 

Within the group, they saw a growing need for therapists to get more information about the ins and outs of running an OON group practice, so through that these trainings were born!
