About Sara and Melissa
Sara Schreiber, LCSW, CGP and Melissa Divaris Thompson, LMFT, are OON group practice owners in NY and NJ who were feeling overwhelmed by all of the advice tailored towards in-network practices, so decided to create their own OON Group Practice Owners consultation group.
Within the group, they saw a growing need for therapists to get more information about the ins and outs of running an OON group practice, so through that this community was born!
