Going into private practice can be a daunting task! Through a 60 minute consultation, Sara will answer any practice building questions you may have. Sara has expertise in building a thriving private pay solo practice, utilizing networking and marketing strategies effectively, and understanding the pros and cons of using insurance/insurance platforms such as Alma or Headway.

Starting a Group Private Practice
Sara offers a 60 minute consultation on the logistics of starting a group private practice. You will leave this consultation with the following:
Understanding of your “why” for starting a group practice
Having learned about the main components that need to be in place in order to build a group practice
Having learned about marketing techniques to grow your group practice
Learned good hiring practices
Explored fee setting for your clinicians and discuss ways to determine fees
Referrals and recommendations for outside service providers to support you in this journey (including SEO, website design, copywriting, etc)

Group Therapy Clinical Consultation
Sara offers clinical consultation for those looking for support and supervision for their therapy groups, specifically for therapy groups for adolescents and young adults. Sara is a Certified Group Psychotherapist and has been engaging in group therapy training and running her own therapy groups since 2019.
