You've thought about running a group. Maybe for a while now.
But somewhere between "this would be so good for my clients" and actually launching one, things got murky. What kind of group should you even run? What do you charge? How do you fill it without feeling salesy? And what happens if things get messy? Do you have policies for that?
This workshop cuts through all of it. In one focused session, you'll get the business foundation you need to run a group with confidence, from the first decision to the first intake.
What You'll Learn
📁 How to Pick What Type of Group to Run
We'll walk through the different formats (drop-in, closed, structured curriculum, skills-based, and process) and help you figure out which one fits your clients, your schedule, and your goals.
💰 What to Charge
Pricing groups feels different than pricing individual sessions, and most people undercharge. You'll learn how to set a rate that reflects your value, makes financial sense, and still feels accessible to the people you want to serve.
📣 How to Get Clients for Your Group
Filling a group doesn't require a massive audience or a big marketing budget. We'll cover practical, low-pressure strategies for getting the right people in the room, whether you're starting from scratch or leveraging clients you already have.
📋 Group Policies
What happens when someone misses a session? What's your cancellation policy? What about confidentiality in a group setting? We'll go over the key policies every group leader needs so you're protected and your clients feel safe.
